Help the business community to find company profiles according to their needs in order to improve the buy and sell match of offers transactions. Provide an improved user and company profile where the community will be able to set expectations for the web platform search results engine optimization.
As an UX Designer I worked in collaboration with the ConnectAmericas UX Design Strategist to perform User Interviews and create Empathy Maps to build User Personas and understand their mental model. In addition to that I added value by creating a first lo-fi version of our search engine MVP, conducting Usability Testing and iterating with the gathered feedback. After several rounds of iterations we continued working on the hi-fi MVP definition for two user scenarios: new and returning user.
