Goal.

Create a tailored enrollment experience for each type of user. Improve the enrollment process conversion rate and build an intelligent engine to allow easy customization for each enrollment process step from the technology point of view.

Role.

As a Sr UX Lead Designer I was assigned to the enrollment process platform team as main contact regarding UX design. The UX team was conformed by 3 team members. I participated in early process definitions, research and ideation sessions between the product team, engineering and design to create a new enrollment experience platform.
